When the Executive wing of government-all levels including PMO mis-use/probable mis-use of their office for pecuniary gain or earning through corrupt means or when there is collusion/abetting/diriliction of duty—when civil society points it out or take it to the people ,the Executive wing can not mis-use the force available with it—be it police or intelligence or army and co-erse the public into silence?Then it means constitution is not functioning?In that case the very executive loses it’s sanctity to use the powers they have as these powers are derived from the constitutional form of governance?Hope the powers that be and public are listening to this feeble voice of BHARAT?
