Rotation system assumes that the work of chief minister is light and can be handled easily by anybody?Yes,today anybody can handle chief minister post as CM s are not answerable(except through election process) to the public about deliverables and just a privilege to enjoy power at the behest of the caste which supports the candidate with attendant sharing of power and resources at various levels?This is very unfortunate as the country started from the independence day with the promise of TRYEST WITH DESTINY but ended up with TRYEST WITH FAMILY RULE everywhere from Delhi to galli involving favouratism,nepotism,mismanagement,casteism and vote bank politics besides a plethora of issues?
Can the political class(all political parties) understand the despair and pain of the common man called AAM AADMI by them and try to mitigate at the earliest in a time bound planned manner or take another 1000 years? Or if questioned on this issue ,manufacture criminal cases,harass and suppress and NIP IN THE BUD for which Indian culture is known for? An opinion sirs.
